COVID-19 Response at the Arizona Nordic Village
The Arizona Nordic Village is taking the threat of COVID-19, the novel coronavirus, seriously. We are applying a vigorous cleaning and sanitizing regime to keep our restrooms and lodge area clean, and to make sure our overnight accommodations are safe and clean for you on arrival. We will be responsive to local and national guidance throughout this period and beyond as to what we can safely and legally offer in terms of outdoor access on Nordic Village grounds.
Booking changes and cancellations
If you are concerned about the risk of traveling in the coming weeks, the Nordic Village is happy to work with you. We would prefer that you reschedule your trip rather than cancel your existing booking if at all possible. That helps us as a small business to continue to operate and keep our employees on payroll. Whatever you decide, we will provide a no-fee change or full refund for bookings of stays from now through the end May. If you have a booking outside of that current window of time and/or extenuating circumstances that will require you to change your booking, please just send us an email (email@example.com) or call us at 928-220-0550 and we will work with you.
