Looking for that perfect place for your wedding, party or business event? Move up from the ordinary to the extraordinary and host it among the aspens and pines of the Arizona Nordic Village. Whether you’re looking for a venue for your wedding, or for a business retreat, Arizona Nordic Village provides a unique and special experience for all of your guests and a guaranteed good time.
What makes Arizona Nordic Village such a special venue?
The Arizona Nordic Village is an off-grid getaway. The Village is quiet and serene, surrounded by tall ponderosa pine and aspen trees. Our goal is to have as little impact as possible on the environment while also providing a comfortable and safe setting for campers and guests.
In the summer months of July through August you’ll find that the grass is green and the flowers are plenty. In the winter you’ll no doubt see a lot of snow. The monsoons bring your wedding good luck, and the sun brings warmth and smiles to all. Whether a butterfly in the summer or a wild turkey in the winter, you’ll be surrounded by friendly wildlife everywhere you go.
Your guests will be comfortable in their cabin or yurt with the following amenities included in your fee:
- fire ring
- water jug for dousing your fire
- picnic table
- wood stove
- sleeping pads for up to 4
- chairs (2 in the yurts, 4 in the cabins)
- lantern (battery-operated)
- food storage container
- lighter, hatchet, matches, paper towels, toilet paper, and more
For your ceremony, you have a choice between our two beautiful arches: the Meadow Arch or the Aspen Arch. We’ll provide chairs for up to 100 people. If you’re planning to have a larger wedding and need more than 100 chairs, there is an additional fee of $5/chair after the first 100.
Electricity during the ceremony area is not included, but a power generator is available for an additional fee.

Our 70′ x 30′ pavilion tent is perfect for small or large events and has accommodated up to 290. The pavilion tent is most commonly used for the reception portion of the wedding. Included in the overnight package is the setup of up to twenty-five 60″ round tables, fifteen 8′ rectangular tables, and ten 6′ rectangular tables. Linens not provided.
Our 30′ large yurt with wooden flooring, used in the winter as our ski rental shop, is the perfect dance floor for a wedding. The yurt comes standard with walls on for all events (as seen in picture), however you may request to have the windows and sections of the wall to be rolled up for a day with good weather.
The lodge is open 24/7 for use of indoor restrooms and showers.
The Ponderosa Room is a favorite place for the bridal party to get ready. Conveniently located upstairs in the lodge, it makes for many great photo opportunities of the bridal party, as well as a great place for the bride and groom to stay the night.
During the colder months in spring and summer, you may want to provide your guests with some firewood to keep their cabin or yurt warm during the night. We offer crates of wood for $10 each. One crate of wood will usually keep one unit warm for one night.

Due to our efforts to be as environmentally friendly as possible, we must limit our use of electricity. For weddings and all other late night events, power will be cut-off at 10:00 pm, though power in the lodge will be available after 10:00 pm. You may bring your own generator to run lights and sound past 10:00 pm. Our power source can accommodate most sound systems, but further information and specs must be provided prior to event.
