Amenities & Notes

• Guests must bring lighting such as headlamps or flashlights as we no longer provide lanterns in our backcountry units.
• Heating provided by a wood-burning stove inside each cabin. All Forest Service fire restrictions apply.
• Firewood for the stove and campfires is available to purchase for $10 per crate. Firewood is provided free of charge November 15 - April 14.
• There are portable restrooms at the yurts, while the closest restrooms with running water are a mile away at the lodge. 
• Dogs are allowed for an additional $10 per dog per night. Please no dogs on the mattresses or you will be charged a $50 cleaning fee.
• Running water is not available in the units, however, the lodge has running water, restrooms and showers (tokens are available for purchase). 
• Electricity is available in the lodge.
• Both units are approximately 1 mile from the main Lodge.

• Check-In Time: 1:00pm in the Lodge. We cannot accommodate check-in after 2:30pm. If you are not able to leave by 2:30pm please consider renting one of our front country units. Guests are expected to pack in and pack out everything they will need for their stay including water and food. Guests will also be required to sign a waiver prior to departure. You must hike to this unit!
• Check-Out Time: 10:00 am
• Sleep Set-Up: One full-sized futon, one twin bunk bed, and two twin mattress pads. Linens/bedding are not included - please bring your own sleeping bag to stay warm!
• Guests: 6 people can be comfortably accommodated. Groups of 7-8 should consider bringing additional sleeping pads. 8 guests maximum; please consider renting Columbine yurt for additional people. $10 per guest after 6 guests.
• What's included: Two full and two twin mattresses, cleaning supplies, plastic bin for food storage, two folding chairs, two tables, firewood, woodstove and snow shovel
